What Is a Multi Crane?
A multi crane is a type of lightweight and portable crane equipment.
Its shape is like a miniaturized crane, and its arms and legs are foldable, making it compact enough to be carried in a light van. The crane is equipped with wheels, so it can be moved smoothly by human power like a dolly.
Some arms are driven by hydraulic pressure for easy up-and-down movement. They are used for lifting and moving at work sites where crane facilities are not available.
Uses of Multi Cranes

Principle of Multi Cranes

The assembly procedure is as follows: release the locking pins on the feet, ground the feet, tilt the crane backward, and secure it with the locking pins. With the wire rope slightly out, the arm is raised by a hydraulic cylinder.
The arm height can be adjusted freely by hydraulic pressure, allowing the crane to be used even when there is an obstacle above, such as a roof. The arm length can be adjusted by pulling out or inserting the pin, and can generally be changed in three steps. The capacity is constant regardless of the arm length, and the load can be moved up and down with a manual winch without changing the lifting position or arm height.
The wheels allow smooth movement by hand push even when the load is lifted. It can also be used like a cart when carrying heavy loads.
