What Is a Wrapping Machine?
A wrapping machine is a machine that automatically wraps sealing tape around tapered threaded joints used for piping connections.
Wrapping sealing tape around the threaded surface is essential to prevent leakage at screw connections. Manual winding can cause problems such as improper winding or time-consuming winding, so automatic winding machines are often used.

Uses of Wrapping Machines
The automatic wrapping machine automatically wraps sealing tape around threaded pipe joints, pipe ends, and equipment such as valves.
The male threads are tapered to minimize the gap when screwed in.
Specifically, it is used for water piping and gas piping, as well as hydraulic piping, hydraulic gauges, and sprinklers. Principle of Wrapping Machines

The tape is then cut by the cutter, and the workpiece drops down to complete the process.
In a fully automatic wrapping machines, the workpiece is equipped with a workpiece transfer device, and the workpiece is automatically set using a feeder and manipulator, and the sealing tape is wrapped around the workpiece.
